This project showcases a comprehensive dataset of British representational public monuments related to transatlantic slavery located on an interactive map. Currently continuing detailed meta-information on 906 monuments, the goal of this project is to address and bring awareness of the historical significance of these monuments and the overall scale and pattern they reveal, offering insight into the heritage of slavery.
